+Which simulators does GroundNav support?

MSFS 2020 and 2024 today. X-Plane support is planned but not yet available. P3D isn’t planned.

+I bought the one-time tier. Do I need to subscribe to anything else?

No. The one-time purchase is the full flight-ops suite forever, including chat. Live Network (multiplayer, voice, remote sim control) is a separate, optional subscription.

+How do I transfer my license to a new PC?

Sign in with the same GroundNav account. Your license and trial status follow the account, not the machine.

+Something crashed or a feature isn’t working. What do you need from me?

Send the message above with your callsign/account email, the aircraft and airport you were at, and roughly when it happened. Attach a log if you have one.
